Since the barriers have come down, moving to and from European cities has become much easier. However, the differences in the infrastructures of the individual EU countries and the mentality have not changed.
A move from Darmstadt to Hamburg cannot be compared in terms of preparation to a moving van trip to Athens, Milan or Paris. The local conditions in other European countries are usually completely different than in Germany.

EOS Move Management has a large network of experienced moving agents from Dublin to Stockholm and from Lisbon to Warsaw. In many European cities, for example, it is not so easy to enter and park moving vans on the streets. In Milan, for example, permits must be applied for at least three weeks in advance, in Athens small shuttle buses have to be ordered for reloading due to narrow streets and in the center of Paris it is almost always necessary for French moving partners to provide an outside elevator.

European moves are only driven by experienced teams of drivers, because those who don’t know their way around often get stuck. There are large air-suspended furniture trains that have a capacity of up to 100 cubic meters of moving goods. The driver teams have extensive experience with removals and, if desired, will take care of all matters relating to your move, from dismantling the furniture, packing the goods, transport, to assembling the furniture and connecting lights at the destination.

In some countries customs regulations must be observed. Moves to and from Switzerland, for example, are regularly organized by EOS Move Management. At the Weil am Rhein / Basel Autobahn border, we work with a customs agent with many years of experience so that your goods can be imported into Switzerland without any complications.
